In this role, you will be the bridge between raw data and business strategy, utilizing your analytical skills to uncover trends, forecast growth, and drive decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and data mining to extract actionable insights from large, unstructured datasets.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to track KPIs and present data to senior stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries, manage database schemas, and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Business Intelligence: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Data Modeling: Develop and refine data models to support predictive analytics and trend forecasting.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, concise, and persuasive presentations.
- Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate to the New York metropolitan area (relocation benefits included).
