Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large data sets.
- Design and develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through data insights.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
