Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present findings to stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data and manage database structures effectively.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes based on data-driven insights.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to assist in strategic decision-making and future planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
