Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI for executive reporting.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries to support ad-hoc reporting and data mining.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Document data models and analysis methodologies to ensure team alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA or Macros.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data quality.
