Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and share technical knowledge with the team.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Proficiency in Python or Java (required) and experience with React or Angular is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
