Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance tracking
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and implement data validation frameworks
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize user experiences and conversion metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
