Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and remote access
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network and security protocols
- Participate in 6-week intensive certification training program
- Assist with onboarding and asset management processes
- Learn cloud infrastructure fundamentals (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
