Responsibilities
- Extract & Clean Data: Gather large datasets from various sources and ensure data integrity through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders clearly.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and executive summaries to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Optimization: Identify process improvements within data workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying; strong knowledge of Python or R.
- Visualization: Expert level experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple business concepts.
