Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data to stakeholders.
- SQL Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize business processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
