The Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. Due to our operational requirements, this role requires availability for weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business intelligence reporting.
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, deliver information through performance reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems, specifically during weekend maintenance windows.
- Forecast trends and generate regular performance reports for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
