Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements and conversion optimization
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Maintain and evolve our design documentation and component libraries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, persona development)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
