Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization environments
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud integrations
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and resolve complex system issues
- Automate tasks using PowerShell/Python and optimize system performance
- Document procedures and ensure compliance with ITIL standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless IT operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with Windows/Linux environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services and hybrid cloud architectures
- Security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP) preferred
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize critical incidents
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
