Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and monitor security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery solutions
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and Active Directory management
- Strong expertise in network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification required
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
