Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on tight deadlines

- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on weekend shifts
- Document technical specifications and contribute to architectural improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
- Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts with occasional weekdays
