Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices in Python/Java
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform/Jenkins
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming
- Drive SRE initiatives for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems
- Proficient with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
