Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems supporting 24/7 global operations
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for rapid deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges

- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)

- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
