Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate key insights to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product performance and user engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business metrics
- Translate complex data findings into strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Automate reporting processes to deliver real-time analytics to product and marketing teams
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record in tech industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and predictive modeling
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into data solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects with measurable business impact
