Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern architectures and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Maintain and refactor existing codebases to improve performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug production incidents in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and propose innovative solutions to business problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js).
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Kansas City, MO or work in the New York timezone.
