Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create dynamic Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders and client presentations
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical modeling for product optimization
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining 99.9% data accuracy SLAs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data-driven product features
- Present findings to cross-functional leadership using compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in data analytics with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven track record of translating business problems into data solutions
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to non-technical executives
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects required
