Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for enterprise-grade language models including GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary systems
- Develop prompt frameworks for complex business applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompt engineering
- Lead ethical AI initiatives ensuring responsible outputs and bias mitigation
- Create documentation and training materials for cross-functional prompt adoption
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize model performance metrics
- Maintain prompt library with version control and performance analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or applied AI development
- Expertise with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and prompt frameworks
- Strong Python skills with experience in AI frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, etc.)
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production-scale applications
- Deep understanding of transformer architecture and attention mechanisms
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical prompt strategies
- Experience with MLOps tools and prompt deployment pipelines
