Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, extraction, and validation to ensure the highest quality of datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various databases and sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor data trends and anomalies to provide predictive insights and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the maintenance of our data warehouse and ensure data governance best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related technical field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time structure.
