- Create automated dashboards and visualizations using SQL, Python, and Tableau for real-time business monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable product improvements
- Develop and maintain data pipelines ensuring 99.9% accuracy during night shift operations
- Present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership through compelling reports and presentations
- Maintain strict data governance protocols and security compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of building ETL pipelines and automating data workflows
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic impact
- Advanced problem-solving skills with experience in A/B testing and statistical modeling
