Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Diagnose and resolve network outages, security breaches, and hardware failures
- Document network configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and remote assistance to end-users
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for occasional on-site visits
