Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux systems
- Provide Tier 1 customer support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and best practices
- Support cloud services (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Adhere to ITIL incident management protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and security concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
