Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and debug software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Manage and execute weekend maintenance windows, including system updates and patching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on scalability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C# (JavaScript/React is a plus).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work effectively during weekend shifts and handle after-hours on-call rotation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
