Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Optimize application performance and scalability for growing user bases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
