What You Will Do:
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based servers (Windows & Linux).
- Ensure 99.9% uptime through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Implement and enforce network security protocols and firewalls.
- Provide advanced technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Oversee data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot server hardware and operating systems.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
- Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and resolve critical incidents quickly.
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software upgrades and support.
- Document technical processes and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a System Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
