Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance.
- System Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering team.
- Deployment & CI/CD: Manage deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to ensure smooth release cycles.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js (Must be fluent in at least one).
- Frontend: Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to California (Relocation assistance provided).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud Platform is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
