Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time using SIEM tools.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to secure cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructures.
- Enforce compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards (NIST, ISO, HIPAA).
- Lead security awareness training programs for employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, SOC, or Information Security roles.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and virtualization.
- Proficiency with security tools including Splunk, Sentinel, FireEye, or similar SIEM platforms.
- Experience with cloud security architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance (Secret/Top Secret) is a plus.
