Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/Redis) for 10M+ user transactions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven decision analysis for product improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Drive code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and security audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and API design principles
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and caching strategies
- Experience with fintech compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, SOX)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architecture projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithmic aptitude
