Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to track key performance indicators.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Automate reporting workflows to improve data efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify data anomalies and troubleshoot technical issues within the reporting pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently during the weekend shift.
