Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust cybersecurity architecture.
- Conduct threat hunting and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify risks.
- Lead incident response investigations and remediation efforts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and NIST.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security best practices into development lifecycle.
- Manage and monitor security tools including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and Firewalls.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or information security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and encryption standards.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and DevSecOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance (if applicable).
