Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across agile teams
- Optimize system performance and resolve critical production issues
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Conduct security audits and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in distributed systems and database optimization
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
