Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with AWS and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, load) and debugging
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize technical debt reduction
- Implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and caching strategies
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready code
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
