Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and operations) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go).
- Participate in code reviews, technical architecture planning, and agile sprint planning.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, debug issues, and implement optimizations to ensure system reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust backend services and microservices.
- Develop responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces utilizing React and modern CSS frameworks.
- Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and deployment procedures.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (SOC2, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
