Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes for high-traffic automotive platforms
- Lead API development and integration with third-party telematics systems
- Optimize database performance and implement caching strategies for real-time data processing
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform for automated deployments
- Conduct security audits and implement robust authentication protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python and cloud-native architecture
- Expertise in distributed systems, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and RESTful APIs
- Strong background in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Proficiency with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Experience with automotive or IoT systems preferred
- Proven track record of shipping scalable, production-ready software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
