Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities and reduce churn
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to optimize product features
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple databases and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in B2C tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
