Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and analysis goals.
- Perform statistical analysis to support business forecasting and reporting.
- Create clear, concise reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong interest in data analysis, SQL, and business intelligence.
- Familiarity with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python or R is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts simply.
