Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform data cleaning, integration, and transformation (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data models and analytical reports.
- Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate large volumes of data.
- Conduct statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and support decision-making.
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, subqueries).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision.
