Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and optimize data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Design automated reporting dashboards to track performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (ETL processes)
- Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for advanced analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
