Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to drive strategic business decisions
- Create executive-level visualizations using Tableau/Power BI that uncover market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization and user experience enhancements
- Maintain data governance protocols ensuring 99.9% accuracy and compliance standards
- Mentor junior analysts through our structured upskilling program
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analytics with proven experience in tech or SaaS industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design principles
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Demonstrable portfolio of complex data-driven projects
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- CI/CD and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) familiarity preferred
