Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making
- Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Present findings to leadership with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Develop automated reporting solutions to streamline analytics workflows
- Monitor KPIs and provide weekly performance insights during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Must be available to work Saturday-Sunday shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST)
