Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement, specifically during night shift hours.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate, timely insights.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high data quality.
- Utilize SQL and Python to query databases and extract critical information.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert management to significant anomalies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with night shift experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively during night shifts.
