Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security incidents across enterprise networks during weekend shifts
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on critical systems
- Implement and maintain security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during incident response drills
- Document security protocols and create threat intelligence reports
- Lead weekend security audits and compliance checks
- Participate in rotating on-call duty for critical incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in security operations, SOC, or incident response roles
- Active CISSP, Security+, or CEH certification (required)
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and network protocols
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure during critical incidents
