Responsibilities
- Analytics & Modeling: Conduct in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business performance.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize KPIs for stakeholders.
- Data Mining: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and propose automated solutions to streamline operations.
- SQL & ETL: Write complex SQL queries and assist in ETL pipeline maintenance to support data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Raleigh, NC (Relocation assistance provided).
