Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced security controls to protect cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Lead incident response activities for security breaches and cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security monitoring dashboards using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement DevSecOps practices
- Create and maintain security documentation and compliance reports
- Mentor junior security analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP security best practices)
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms and threat hunting
- Ability to work under pressure during security incidents
