Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and hardware infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019 and Linux environments (RHEL/CentOS).
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
- Monitor system performance and security, implementing patches and updates as needed.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and documentation for internal staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
