Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based servers (Windows and Linux).
- Monitor system performance, security, and health to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal staff and resolve complex IT issues.
- Enforce IT security policies and conduct vulnerability assessments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy) and Linux environments.
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or RHCSA) preferred.
