What You’ll Do:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime for critical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions and drive technical innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows Server and Linux).
- Configure and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and monitor security protocols, patches, and updates to safeguard organizational data.
- Oversee Active Directory administration, user management, and Group Policy configurations.
- Execute regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Provide Level 3 technical support to internal stakeholders and end-users.
- Document system architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft System Center.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
