Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtual environments
- Monitor system performance and resolve network/infrastructure issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python and DevOps tools
- Provide Tier-3 support and document technical procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
